BRS 3000 Stove faulty. Purchased a BRS3000 stove which was unfortunately faulty (probably the only one in thousands) Absolutely no quibbling from Outdoor Essentials, just sent a quick video and was sent a new one straight away, even did a video for me to test it. Will definitely be using again as this kind of excellent customer service a rarity
