Nitecore RCR123A USB-C Li-ion Battery 950mAh NL169R

The Nitecore NL169R is an updated RCR123A (16340) battery with an integrated USB-C charging port and a high capacity of 950mAh. The battery is self-contained, eliminating the need for a separate charger as a USB-C cable can be plugged directly into the cell itself (sold separately).

The battery has a built-in power indicator which activates when it is being charged. The light is red when charging and turns green once the battery is fully charged.

The NL169R has a range of safety features. Internally the battery features a pressure relief valve which activates if the temperature rapidly increases and a built-in intelligent protective circuit to protect against overcharge, over discharge and short-circuiting. Externally, the battery is equipped at both ends with a nickel plated stainless steel protector which ensures high impact resistance, good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance.
